These terms describe the operating rules for using A⁺ Academy and its learning services.

Student accounts

Students are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping account access secure. An account is intended for the registered student and should not be shared in a way that bypasses the academy’s access controls.

Subjects and pricing

A⁺ Academy may offer individual subjects for purchase. A single subject uses its approved price. When eligible multi-subject pricing is enabled, pricing adjustments are calculated from eligible subjects included in the same checkout only; separate previous orders are not counted retroactively. A full-semester purchase option may also be offered when its approved price and included subjects are configured.

Learning access

Access is semester-based. When a purchase is confirmed and access is granted, the linked subjects remain available until the end of the relevant semester. Chapters linked to an activated subject may be made available according to the learning structure configured by the academy.

Subject models

If the same subject is taught through more than one approved teaching Model, the subject remains one purchasable subject and each Model is linked to its relevant teacher and learning path. The student chooses the teaching Model before checkout, the selected Model is recorded with the purchase, and the subject’s chapters, quizzes and progress follow that selected Model after access is activated.

Quizzes and progress

Quiz attempt rules are shown within the relevant learning experience. Scores may be displayed in formats such as 8/10. Student progress, order records and quiz history may remain stored after learning access for a semester ends.

Payments

Purchases are processed through the checkout and the payment methods made available by A⁺ Academy at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. The refund window is three days where payment was made but access was not provided, or where the delivered service does not match the student’s request.

Learning materials

Videos, files, quizzes and other learning materials are provided for the student’s permitted learning use. Students must not deliberately redistribute protected course materials or attempt to bypass platform access controls.

Platform availability

A⁺ Academy may maintain, update or secure the website and its connected learning services. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance or due to external service providers.
