• Order and payment-related records. Payment card or wallet information may be processed by the selected payment provider rather than stored directly by A⁺ Academy.
• Course access, lesson progress, quiz attempts and scores.
• Technical and security information such as login activity, device/session information and site logs where needed to secure the platform.

Information is used to operate student accounts, confirm purchases, grant the correct course access, preserve learning progress, provide support, secure the platform and maintain the website.

Learning and video services

A⁺ Academy may use specialist service providers to operate parts of the platform. Secure video delivery may be provided through Bunny Stream, while checkout and payments are handled through WooCommerce and the payment methods made available at checkout. These services may process the technical information necessary to provide their service.

Retention

Ending a student’s term access does not automatically delete the student’s account, order history, progress or quiz history. Information may be retained where it is needed for account records, learning history, support, security or legitimate operational requirements.
